Mirror 3

Mirror 3 stages the viewer's self-image as a diptych through the juxtaposition of used phones. The installation consists of two wall-mounted iPhones that magnify the viewer's face. The extreme magnification results in a fragmented and distorted view of one’s face, generating an unrecognizable view of oneself. Mirror 3 abstracts a person in the mirror, allowing the viewer to view themselves again with curiosity.
